I didn’t really see the difference when I first heard about CoPilot. I told a friend that I can pretty much get all of this in Salesforce. Now that I have it, all my one-on-ones are collaborative and are driving towards the same goal--more revenue and more commissions. I definitely could not do that before.

We are inundated with tools to help us - as managers and individual contributors - to be successful. Some actually help -- and this is one of those. I’ve stopped relying on my gut (or my rep’s gut) to determine what we will work on. Now, it’s clear. Today, we are more closely aligned and working together.
